Excuses, Excuses,

I collected a bunch! from the person exiting my 'new' position.
Here are some of my faves:

• "I've been really busy."- When she didn't respond to my several emails, and several instant messages over a period of two days.
  
  
• "I'm not going to train you on that tool. You'll have to get someone else to do it." - When I asked her to not only TELL me what the tool was but to walk me through it once.
  
  
• "I can give you a 'high-level' view." - after I asked THREE times to be taken Step - by - Step through the process she was using. THEN I realized she never HAD a process.

Now I know why they are replacing her.

AH! I forgot the best one! She had her phone forwarded to another new person on the account! So.. no answering her email, no answer to instant message, and when you try to call her, you don't GET her!
